During the 2025 Spring Festival travel season, CR-Chengdu leveraged big data from the 12306 ticketing system and waitlist management to scientifically formulate train operation plans. By precisely implementing the "one-day-one-schedule" strategy and optimizing capacity through measures such as adding extra trains, attaching additional carriages and reconfiguring train formations, it effectively managed the challenges posed by the surge in passenger traffic.
